The $69 deal is a offsite service, where one of our techs come out to your home or work, assess your pc is covered by the $69 terms of service. Then we take it back to our workshop fully service and return all with in 48hrs (two business days) If you can't go with out your computer, this service can be preformed same day onsite at the advertised hourly rate.

How: Well it's simple math - we only charge for time spent working ON a PC not the time the pc is on the bench (this is all jobs not just $69 Deal). We can do up to 10 PCs at one time making this offer possible.

Turn around: Typically 24hrs subject to work load, how bad the PC is, public holidays, family & weather.

Where: All jobs are picked up and fixed offsite then dropped back and setup again.
When: Monday-Friday by appointment
Conditions:

1. The computer has to boot into NORMAL windows mode with all icons on desktop

2. Be able to connect to internet, doesn't need to bring up webpage just connecting is enough.

3. Must be in English * all non English computers are done at the advertised hourly rate.

What's included:

• Boot optimization

• Virus & Spyware removal

• Clean & Service inside of computer (fans, add on cards etc)

• Hard Disk Cleanup

• Preventive maintenance check.

What isn't included:

• Any other issue other than virus, spyware or general service issue.

• If your computer reboots - standard advertised hourly rate applies

• If your computer doesn't turn on - standard advertised hourly rate applies

• If your computer is slow due to hardware issues - standard advertised hourly rate applies
